Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: built playlists for THE MATRIX and POINT BREAK Film Feast, scheduled them. note: The Matrix did not come with an ingest letter (and Deluxe One does not have credit offset times listed), so we'll have to find the lights-up cue once the key opens.

Trailer Updates: None, should be up to date for the weekend

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): received THE LION KING and THE MATRIX. Both have been ingested to TMS.

** we also received the 35mm print of LOOKING FOR MR. GOODBAR. This has been carried up to booth 1 (thanks for the help, Michael!).

** grabbed the slide for Point Break film feast from Dropbox, ingested it to TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): carried outgoing DCP drives to the UPS drop

Print/video Inspection: QC'd POINT BREAK and BIG. Both ran without a problem. Made note of the Point Break end credits cue (playlist for Big has already been made and has lights up built in).

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Checked & updated

Maintenance/cleaning: Updated the dry erase board in booth 4/6

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked, all good for today. Also updated cue sheets re: The Matrix and Point Break

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
