Presentation Issues: No issues

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I built A1_LionKing_071919, A1_SwordofTrust_071919, and updated the rest of our first-run playlists for the coming week. The only preshow we're waiting on is Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which premieres next Thursday.

Trailer Updates: I updated the trailer packs for this coming week.

Special Events/ AV set up: No events tonight

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received posters for Hobbs & Shaw (more) and a new TrailMix. I also ingested all of the new in-house trailers from Kris (Charlie Brown, West Side Story, Never Fear, New Outdoors trailer, and new July card).

Ordering/Receiving (content): Sword of Trust arrived via EclairPlay. I received and ingested that, as well as the keys for it.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: QC'd The Lion King in Theater 2. No issues!

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated with info re: The Lion King and Sword of Trust.

Maintenance/cleaning: None

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets for the coming week are still in progress. All the content is in and the playlists are finalized. I will finish them tomorrow AM.

Marquee updated?: Took down the Film Feast promo from the north side and replaced it with "Looking for Mr. Goodbar, Intro by Bruce LaBruce, July 18"

Posters updated?: No updates. The Lion King snipe needs to change to "Now Playing" tonight or tomorrow before opening.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
