Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I created and scheduled an All Ages version of the Sword of Trust playlist for the matinee tomorrow.

Trailer Updates: I updated the volume cues for our lights down trailers per Alec's notes from this weekend.

Special Events/ AV set up: Only event is The Matrix: Reloaded in Th 2.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received a trailer for Cats on a thumb drive via FedEx. I ingested it just in case we end up showing it.

Ordering/Receiving (content): None

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Our DCP of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is supposed to be here by the end of the day. Please keep an eye out for it and ingest it as soon as it arrives!

Print/video Inspection: I checked out The Matrix: Reloaded in Th 2 and decided to lower the volume cue to 4.5

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: None

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Waiting on film schedule to start next week's sheets.

Marquee updated?: I straightened up the front of the marquee, which I noticed looked a bit sloppy. Please make sure you are rearranging the titles (as needed) when something comes down or goes up. Also, I attached the string to the new pole arm. It's lighter and all-around easier to use, in my opinion.

Posters updated?: No updates.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

Nest: I gave Jesse three posters to give away at trivia tomorrow night: Spider-man, Hobbs & Shaw, and Lion King.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
