Projection report 7/23 (close)



Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: feature file for Once Upon A Time In Hollywood has been sent out to all necessary projectors for Thursday & Friday (but maybe double-check projectors 3 and 6, whose transfers did not finish before I had to boot everything down at the end of the night).

Trailer Updates: We are waiting on the following in-house trailers with which to do trailer pack/playlist updates: the new 'Anime' welcome and feature bumpers, the Wet Hot American Summer trailer (for adult packs), the Dirty Dancing trailer (for all ages packs), and the NPP August A card.

Special Events/ AV set up: River's Edge ran great and had no problems as far as I can tell. Feature file has been deleted from projector 1.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): downloaded zip files for the Once Upon a Time preshow from the Dropbox browser. I was able to unzip the 10min and 20min, ingest them to TMS, and send them out to all projectors. The 40min file still needs to be unzipped/loaded/built into playlists. Zip is sitting on the desktop (in the 'other' folder).

Outgoing/Shipping (content): packed up River's Edge and placed it on the outgoing shelf

Print/video Inspection:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for tonight and tomorrow

Marquee updated?: removed River's Edge from the north side, replaced it with Point Break for the weekend

Nest: TRIVIA NIGHT. This ran smoothly. Wendy & Kevin were great and pleasant to work with as always. All equipment has been packed up and returned to its home.

Additional Notes: Dylan S. let me come in early and walked me through our platter set-up a bit. I am very grateful for this and happy I got to shadow him a bit. Spent a little more time threading up and running the test reel towards the end of the night. Planning to come in for the staff screening on Thursday to watch Dylan thread up the print, too.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
