Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: No updates. However, I did ingest the preshow for Hobbs & Shaw.

Trailer Updates: I switched the trailer for The Nightingale with the trailer for The Kitchen in the adult trailer pack.

Special Events/ AV set up: None

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ingested The Kitchen, Where'd You Go Bernadette?, and Blinded By The Light trailers from TrailMix. Posters arrived for Brittany Runs a Marathon as well.

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received our DCP of West Side Story for this weekend. I ingested it to the TMS and sent it to TH 2. FYI the feature is in two parts (for some reason)!

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: None

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated with info for Woodstock in August.

Maintenance/cleaning: Swiffered the floor around Projector 1 in Booth 1.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. No issues today.

Marquee updated?: No updates.

Posters updated?: I took down one of the Ad Astra posters and replaced it with Brittany Runs a Marathon.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

Additional Notes: More 35mm cleaning supplies (cotton swabs, isopropyl alcohol) arrived! I put them on the shelves across from the rewind table in Booth 1.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
