Projection Report 7/4 Open (PLEASE READ)



Presentation Issues: No issues, except with the special event (see below)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: No updates. New playlists are already built and scheduled for the coming week.

Trailer Updates: Switched PSA_Retro02 with PSA_HeyKids per Kris King's email.

Special Events/ AV set up: So today in TH7 we had a private event booked. I had created a playlist for this last week and ingested Spider-Man: Far From Home via SPL ingest. When I loaded the playlist today, it triggered an ingest of Spider-Man from the TMS to Screen 7. I almost didn't realize since the SPL seemed to ingest fine, but I noticed a red error next to the feature in the playlist. I immediately let Deanna know, took down the preshow so that the ingest would move faster, and put on Spotify through the CP750 so that the party would not be sitting in a dark and quiet theater. The feature ingested by the start time and everything remained on schedule.

My suspicion is that someone was clearing off content from the servers, didn't see Spider-Man booked in TH7, and deleted it from the IMS. HOWEVER, this CANNOT happen again. If you see that the storage on one of the servers is getting low and you want to clear out space, after checking the film schedule/cue sheets PLEASE check the events calendar or event memos on the team drive. Both of these links can be found on the bookmarks bar in Chrome. We usually have multiple events per month that DO NOT appear on Matthew's film schedule and may not appear in cue sheets that are in progress. If you have any questions about this, please e-mail me and I will elaborate. I know that however this happened, it wasn't done intentionally, but we do need to be more careful about this in the future.

Nest: The Apple TV was unable to connect to the VHS Vault server. I called Kris, but got no answer. Michael suggested changing the wifi network to "Popcorn," but this didn't solve the problem. Unfortunately, I'm not that familiar with the VHS Vault server, so I was not able to resolve this.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
