Presentation Issues: No issues

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I deleted all of the old A1 playlists and trailer packs from the past few weeks.

Trailer Updates: No updates

Special Events/ AV set up: No events

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received another poster for The Farewell, which I do not believe we're planning on booking. I left it in 3/7 just in case.

Ordering/Receiving (content): We also received our print of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey! I left it on the cart in 3/7 in the hope that the elevator will be fixed soon and I won't have to lug all 100 pounds of it up the stairs to Booth 1.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: None

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: None

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): The Midsommar playlist for this week only had five minutes of lights down trailers, which is what we used last week to make up the time we lost because the film schedule was made using the wrong runtime. However, the latest schedule uses the correct runtime, so I added the 5 minutes of lights down trailers that we took out back into the playlist. This meant that cue sheets today were off by a few minutes, but the rest of the week's cue sheets have been adjusted. Just as a reminder: when you're checking the cue sheets, please compare the end times to Matthew's schedule. If the difference is more than 5 minutes, there is a problem that needs to be addressed! Marquee updated?: No updates. The marquee poem is up, but unfortunately is missing an "IT" on the second line because we don't have enough T's at the moment. I'll fix this as soon as we

Nest: Plex/Apple TV is still not working! Kris seems to think it's a firewall issue, but I have no access to those settings.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
