Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Thanks, Michael for bringing over the Fantastic Planet preshow for tomorrow. I ingested it and added it to the playlist. I also created "All Ages" playlists for the first weekday screenings of Toy Story 4 and The Secret Life of Pets 2. I also marked them on the cue sheets for this week and next week so that everyone knows where to schedule them.

Trailer Updates: No updates

Special Events/ AV set up: No events

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I ingested trailers for Hobbs and Shaw, Brittany Runs a Marathon, Artemis Fowl, and Angry Birds 2 in preparation for the coming week.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Our DCP of Big arrived for this weekend. I ingested it to the TMS and Screen 1. I also ingested Michael's DCP of Point Break and sent it to Screen 3 for QC.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I dropped our DCP of Jaws off at UPS

Print/video Inspection: None

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning: None

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets for the coming week are completely filled out in accordance with Michael's schedule. I'll make any necessary updates after the playlists are built and scheduled. I also updated the kids trailer packs per Matthew's e-mail (they're not on Kris' assignments yet) and updated the cue sheets for the rest of this week to reflect new credit times. This plus the fact that Michael fixed the TMS clock this morning means we shouldn't have nearly as many cue sheet issues going forward.

Marquee updated?: No updates until after Fantastic Planet tomorrow.

Posters updated?: No updates

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

Additional Notes: If you're using the platter system downstairs, please remember to power it off when you're done. The switch is located on the power supply, which is toward the bottom of the tree, under the lowest platter.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
