Preshow Clips/Playlist: No playlist updates/changes yet. Waiting on film schedule and trailer assignments.

Trailer Updates: No updates

Special Events/ AV set up: I set up the PA/Mics, spotlights, and light-board for STB tonight. Please make sure everything goes back where it belongs after the event.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): None

Ordering/Receiving (content): Our print of Woodstock arrived. The elevator is currently broken, so I left it on the cart in 3/7 for now.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: I QC'd Angry Birds 2 before the staff screening today. Everything looked fine. I set the volume at 5.5, but I think it could go louder. However, the animated short that it opens with is a tad louder than the feature.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Added an entry for Where'd You Go Bernadette and updated the info for Woodstock.

Maintenance/cleaning: None

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): The new cue sheets have not been started since the film schedule has not been released yet. Cue sheets for today were good though.

Marquee updated?: No updates. Please remove Spoons, Toons, and Booze tonight and replace it with Woodstock.

Posters updated?: No updates

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
