Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I updated all of the playlists for the coming week and scheduled them according to the film schedule/cue sheets. SE_TheBurning still needs a credit offset lighting cue. Also, A1_ReadyOrNot needs to be built once the DCP arrives (which it's expected to by EOD tomorrow)

Trailer Updates: All trailer packs have been updated according to Kris King's list

Special Events/ AV set up: None

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I ingested the latest trailers for Frozen 2, It Chapter 2, The Goldfinch, and Ready or Not. They've been added to their respective trailer packs for the week.

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the latest TrailMix. Ready or Not is expected to arrive tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: None. Alec, if you have time tonight to inspect it, the Woodstock print is in Booth 1.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: None

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Cue sheets for the coming week have been built and are ready for review. Alec, please review the latest cue sheets with Mascha and make any adjustments that she requests.

Marquee updated?: None

Posters updated?: None. Keep an eye out for Ready or Not posters though.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

Additional Notes: We need new keys for Midsommar. I emailed Deluxe about this, but the keys expire at midnight tomorrow, so please keep a close eye on this. All other keys have been updated for this week.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
