Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Noticed when I got in that we didn't have an All Ages playlist for Angry Birds made, which was an all ages show in the first round today. I made a playlist with a lower volume cue for the feature and loaded/scheduled it for today's showtime.

Trailer Updates: Mascha told me that the preshow lights in Theater 7 (screening of Bernadette) were still on at showtime. Looking at the playlist this was because of the short film which takes the place of trailers, so trailers are included in the preshow. It seems like that caused some awkward timing, and lights down cue is 30 minutes, 38 seconds into the playlist so that's why they were still on at 4:30.

Special Events/ AV set up: Woodstock 35mm screening in theater 1. No issues with presentation, but the take-up belts on both projectors broke in the middle of a reel. I was able to fix them without interrupting the show, and after fixing each of them one time they held together for the rest of the show. I sent Dylan P. detailed instructions on how to fix it in case it happens again during the screening tomorrow. Dan came (after this all happened) and said we're waiting on a shipment of new parts so once that gets here we shouldn't be running into this kind of problem with the belts.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
