Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested It Chapter 2 and Midsommar preshows to the TMS. Gundam F91 is also on there for September 10th.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Checked.

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleared out booth 3/7, put some posters in tubes for archives, threw out a bunch of old junk/cardboard/etc. Set up a little dry-erase poster-holder organizer thingy on the wall in there so it's easy to see what poster is in what slot. I hope it helps but feel free to abandon it if it's not.

* In my quest to locate an ampersand for the marquee, I discovered a big stash of old letters under the cabinet behind the lightbulbs. They're mostly twice as big as our normal letters and really dirty, but there were a few salvageable ones in there. Plus there were a bunch of silly social media symbols and crap like that which maybe we could have some fun with. Anyhow, if we're ever desperate, that pile of giant letters exists. Could also use them if we just want to really emphasize certain words? Or upset the poetry people some more?

*** Changed a couple light bulbs in 3.

**** Lamploc warning on Th2 projector still present, will reach out to Christie about it. It may or may not be affecting light levels from that projector.

Additional Notes: I say let's run the 35's in TH1 all day tomorrow and make sure they're happy, now that the new breakers are installed and everything's more or less back to normal. We will probably not be running any more Tarantino platter shows, but just so we can be confident if another one comes up, how about we put that trailer demo reel back up and try adding in the foil cues, just so we know if they're working or not? Maybe we can troubleshoot that lower platter too, while we're at it?

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
