Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS based on the trailer doc, scheduled it for Wednesday. The scheduled show lets out about 15 minutes earlier than what is on Matthew's schedule, so, if we want to pad it out more at the top, go for it.

** also updated all first run playlists re: Kris's trailer doc, as well as West Side Story

*** Michael added some cues to the Hollywood 35mm playlist to help with the light situation during the beginning of that film (see his email). It's a big help. Thank you!

Trailer Updates: added the new in-house trailers (Outdoors, STB August, and the updated Godzilla PSA) to all relevant playlists.

Special Events/ AV set up: dual staff screenings: Hollywood 35mm in theater 1 and Hobbs & Shaw (again!) in theater 2. I mostly did this to get more practice with our 35mm set-up. The Hollywood print has acquired some hairline scratches — three noticeable ones in the center-left of the frame, and one or two others that come and go through the movie. Let's be extra careful about rollers for the rest of the run to help prevent more scratching.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): received more posters for Ad Astra and Rambo: Last Blood

Ordering/Receiving (content): the KDMs we received for Yesterday did not load correctly. I e-mailed Cinevizion for new keys. Turns out there was an issue with the naming convention in the keys which had to do with the drive we borrowed to get the film going. They sent us the correct ones and now everything is loaded and good to go.

** downloaded the new in-house content from Dropbox, ingested it to TMS and all servers (including the NWB Rhinestone trailer)

*** received BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS and THE KITCHEN. Both have been ingested to TMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): FedEx has still not come to pick up Mr. Goodbar as of this blog post

Print/video Inspection: QC'd the new Kris trailers in theater 1 before the staff screening.

**Also QC'd West Side Story (both parts) in theater 2 when our staff show of Hobbs & Shaw let out. I set the volume at 5.0, but it might need to be bumped a little (5.5 sounded a bit too loud to me). Grabbed the end credit offset too, added it in on the playlist. Also please remember that part two of the film begins with an overture, in case anybody has concerns about the black screen with music over it.

*** Quickly tested Yesterday in theater 5 when we got the keys just to make sure the file is working. Watched the first ten minutes. Seems to be working fine.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Checked/updated

Maintenance/cleaning: Michael replaced that bottom 35mm roller in theater 1 that was not spinning (see email). Alec will be test-driving it tonight.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): checked for today, should be all good

Marquee updated?: added Yesterday to the front side marquee, took down Toy Story 4.

Posters updated?: took down Angry Birds outside and replaced it with Blinded By The Light. Since we don't seem to have a Yesterday poster on site anymore, I replaced Toy Story 4 with a double of Hobbs & Shaw.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
