Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: built the Angry Birds 2 playlist, scheduled it for the week

** double-checked this week's playlists. No problems. Deleted the '080219' playlists, and SE_NeverFear, from TMS.

*** sent out some feature content for later in the week

Trailer Updates: double-checked trailer packs, should be all good for the weekend

Special Events/ AV set up: staff screening of The Kitchen. Playlist ran without a problem.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): we received posters for A Boy Named Charlie Brown (poster tube is labeled and sitting in booth 3/7). They are really nice posters actually — would look good in the lobby.

Ordering/Receiving (content): we received Angry Birds 2 and Blinded By The Light. Both features have been ingested to TMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): carried our outgoing drives to the UPS drop

Print/video Inspection: QC'd Wet Hot American Summer in theater 2. Volume at 5.5 sounded great. Did not spot any problems on the DCP.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Checked/updated

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets updated for Tuesday re: Matthew's schedule changes. Also checked cue sheets for today and tomorrow — no problems as far as I can tell.

Marquee updated?: added The Kitchen to the front side marquee

Posters updated?: replaced the double of Hobbs & Shaw outside with a 'coming soon' Angry Birds 2

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
