Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloading Heathers preshow from EVO, please ingest it to TMS when it's done.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Just staff screenings of Hustlers and Goldfinch. No issues.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordered posters for Rambo: Last Blood

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ad Astra drive arrived. The feature has been ingested to TMS.

-Ingested In Fabric from EclairPlay.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Walked 4 drives over to the UPS drop off.

Print/video Inspection: The Goldfinch staff screening also served as a QC of the film. The feature looks and sounds great, I just bumped up its volume in the playlist a little bit.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated info for Ad Astra, In Fabric, and Goldfinch

Maintenance/cleaning: Reset the projector alignments in 7.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for today and tomorrow, no issues. Built the sheet for Thursday.

Marquee updated?: Put up The Goldfinch and took down The Lion King from the front. Also took down The Crow and replaced it with In Fabric on the north side.

Posters updated?: Took down Lion King and replaced with The Goldfinch from the lobby. Also hung Star Wars 9 and Frozen 2 as coming soon posters.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: Michael mentioned to me that the lamps were still on in projectors 1, 4, 5, and 7 this morning. If projectors stay on overnight the lamps should be off for fire safety and to preserve the lamp life.

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
