Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: All playlists are built and a scheduled for the week.

Trailer Updates: No updates until next week

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up the camera and tested the playlist for Punk the Capital tonight. John also came in and watched it through this afternoon.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for The Lighthouse and Knives Out. Not sure if we're booking those at NPP, but the posters could definitely use some organizing if anyone has time this weekend.

Ordering/Receiving (content): None

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: Staff screenings went well and everything is QC'd for the week.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: None

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Everything is updated to reflect the correct runtime for Rambo: Last Blood.

Marquee updated?: Yes. I took down Ready or Not and Official Secrets from the front and put up Ad Astra, Downton Abbey, and Rambo: Last Blood.

Posters updated?: Yes. I took down Official Secrets, added Rambo: Last Blood and changed Downton Abbey and Astra to say "Now Showing."

Cleaning lights on for the night?: n/a

Projectors off for the night?: n/a

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. This document details everything from notes on threading procedures--to cleaning--to examples of common situations and how to respond/communicate with colleagues and, of course, staying on top of other duties. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
