Presentation Issues: None so far

Preshow Clips/Playlist:  Deleted old show playlists.

-Updated all show playlists with the new NPP September card.

Trailer Updates: None

Special Events/ AV set up: None

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordered posters for Hustlers, Frozen 2, Star Wars, and Joker. 

 -There's a new number for ordering Warner Bros. posters, it's 855-594-5374. Added to the PW cheat sheet in the iMac notes app as well.

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Goldfinch DCP arrived, it's been ingested to TMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood print was picked up this morning!

-Jess picked up the Freaks & Geeks Documentary drives

Print/video Inspection: Ran about half of Night of the Comet in Theater 1. No issues with it. I timed the credits and updated the cue sheet.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated for The Goldfinch.

Maintenance/cleaning: Updated the white board.

-Billy changed the lamp in the Christie in Theater 4.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): No issues with today's sheet. Checked for tomorrow as well.

Marquee updated?: Took down Angel Has Fallen, Midsommar, and Where'd You Go Bernadette from the front and put up Official Secrets

Posters updated?: Took down Angel Has Fallen and Where'd You Go Bernadette, swapped Official Secrets to "now showing." We are kind of low on posters to hang at the moment, so I put up The Lighthouse and A Hidden Life with "coming soon" snipes to avoid doubling up.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
