Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded/made DCPs/ingested the preshow files for The Beach House and Swallow.

-Downloading preshow clips for 1BR and Blood and Flesh, Daniel can you start unzipping these with Keka as you're leaving for the night?

-Built the playlist for The Beach House. Since we are showing only 30 minutes of a 48 minute clip for preshow I think we should run these shows semi-manually so we can fade the music on preshow, dowse the projector, and skip to the next clip when the time is right.

Trailer Updates: Loaded the updated NSF and Vincent Price trailers and added to this week's playlists.

Special Events/ AV set up: Staff screenings of Gemini Man and Addams Family. These went well although Gemini Man was a no show.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Posters for Waves arrived

Ordering/Receiving (content): Placed an order for The Love Witch through Eclairplay. The order was accepted so we're just waiting for the feature to be loaded to our EclairPlay server.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Walked all our old drives to the UPS drop.

Print/video Inspection: Put The Beach House on screen in Theater 1. Looking and sounding very good. I updated the credit times in Thursday's cue sheet as well.

-Michael ran the tech of Let the Right One In in Theater 3. Thanks Michael!

-Keys for The Craft open at 6pm today. Daniel, can you tech this in Theater 1 at the end of the night and update the event memo?

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated the asset tracking doc and event memo for The Beach House.

Maintenance/cleaning: I ran the test platter reel to check the automation and the cues are looking good. Just a reminder that pressing the green start button turns on trailer lights so we'll need to figure that out ahead of the platter show in November, for Hollywood we put a bunch of lights down cues in the digital playlist but lights still came up for a split second. Can we get DMS to change the relays for the start button? Also a reminder that the automation console is completely disconnected from the cleaning lights, so on the positive side they don't come on when you turn on the console, but they also don't come on at the end of the show so they'll have to be turned on manually.

-Updated the white board in 4/6.

-Charged the bluetooth mouse. This thing takes a while to run through its battery completely but I still think we should pick a night of the week to plug it in before leaving as you can't use it while it's charging.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Sheet and scheduler checked for tomorrow and sheets updated throughout the week for intros/Q&A's. I used the old timing for The Beach House on Thursday following the run of show in the event memo but I can change it back if we are doing the new timing for BHFF screenings.

Marquee updated?: Took down Wizard of Oz and put up Monday Nite TV Horror (just a heads up that these are surprise screenings so we shouldn't put the title up on the marquee)

Posters updated?: Up to date

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
