Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: added Zombieland 2 feature to the Zombieland playlist, along with volume and lighting cues

** I deleted the Zombieland 2 playlists from the theater 1 scheduler over the weekend since there is basically no space open on that projector at the moment. Continued scheduling shows for Thursday through Sunday. Maybe reassess in the morning whether or there's anything else we delete from there and/or can just send Zombieland over anyway.

*** I also deleted Bell Book & Candle from projector 3 since we really need the room. The drive is still in house and can be reingested whenever we need it.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Love Witch in theater 1. All DCP show. The film looked and sounded great — no issues.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): received and ingested new keys for Abominable and Downton Abbey

Outgoing/Shipping (content): deleted The Love Witch from projector 1 since we were at 98% capacity

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Checked, updated

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for tomorrow, all good

Marquee updated?: Removed Love Witch from the north side, replaced it with Brooklyn Horror Fest

Posters updated?: still up to date

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projectors off for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by TH5?: Yes

Nest: Trivia Night. All good, no problems. Gear has been returned to booth 4/6.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
