Presentation Issues: There were no presentation issues tonight.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made new 101719 playlists for all adult first runs playing tomorrow and swapped out the 101119 playlists in the scheduler for tomorrow.

Keys for Swallow came in. They are ingested. They do not go live until 8 am tomorrow. I have sent it to TH2 to tech.

Sony has placed a hold on our keys for Zombieland. Our booker is working to resolve this issue. Be aware that the credits start time might change on the cue sheet once it is teched tomorrow. Alec, if this hasn't been resolved by the time you come in tomorrow morning, can you reach out to Jeffery Jacobs jacobsfilm@gmail.com ?

Also, our keys for VFW are set to expire BEFORE the screening on 10/24 (at 3 am the morning of). We should reach out to Justin to address this.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Tried to inspect VFW in TH3. Wouldn't load because it said there was no KDM found. But they seem to be good when you check the content manager. I will re-ingest keys and see if that makes a difference. Alec, you could try to throw this up on the screen again tomorrow?

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Updated the whiteboard in 4/6 with events, marquee changes, this week's runtimes and credits

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): cue sheets for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday double checked. Thursday's cue sheet updated with added second screen for Parasite and replacing Abominable for Zombieland in TH6.
The timing for Zombieland was wrong on the film list and so the credits end time is 7 minutes too early on all the cue sheets. I changed them up through Saturday.

Marquee updated?: There was an ambulance and cops out front under the marquee until almost 11 pm (for an incident that happened outside of the theater on the street). I have pulled the letters for Zombieland Double Tap and Parasite. They are sitting in their respective piles on top of the workbench in booth 3/7. If I don't get them up tonight since I have some teching to do, Alec could you please get those up?

Posters updated?: It was very rainy and windy tonight so I put off doing the posters. Alec, could you update the posters tomorrow morning? My plan was to move Parasite, Zombieland, and Frozen (with a coming soon tag) over to the construction side, bring the his and hers Marriage Story back out front to fill up the right side, with Jojo Rabbit we are still short one poster out front on the 14th st. side so we will need to dig out 3 new coming soon posters. (Sorry to have left you with all the out front work for tomorrow!)

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
