Presentation Issues: There were no presentation issues this evening.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates: made new 101819 trailer pack and updated all playlists with the new trailer pack (the playlists themselves are still named 101719, otherwise I would have had to delete and reschedule the whole week). In the future we should be mindful of upcoming changes and not to schedule too far in advance and create work that will have to be redone. The all ages playlist are still named 101119 for the same reason.

Special Events/ AV set up: Opening night of BHFF went great. Intro and Q&A went smoothly. Erin tagged along for the evening and was a great help.  The Q&A has been uploaded to the folder in Evo. All equipment has been returned to their homes.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Got tracking info for Jojo Rabbit and put it in the asset tracking doc, set to be delivered 10/21. Received and ingested new keys for VFW, we are now good until 10/26.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Jojo Rabbit is updated with tracking info.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): cue sheets and scheduler are checked through Monday. Zombieland times changed.

Marquee updated?: Yes, took down Abominable, Hustlers, and Downton Abbey from front. They need to be spaced out though.  There was a lot of parked cars right out front later in the evening and so I did not get to space them out. Half of the neon is out on the front side.

Posters updated?: Yes, moved Parasite and Zombieland to the left, removed Downton and Abominable, there were bikes parked in front of Hustlers all night so I could not pull that down, there is an Irishman poster waiting on the work table in booth 3/7 to take its place.  Pulled both his and hers Marriage Story posters back out front on the right. Put Star Wars and Knives Out in the lobby.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: yes

Projectors off for the night?: yes

Projection cart by TH5?: yes

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
