Ordering/Receiving (content): We have a "Halloween Combo" drive arriving on Tuesday. It will include Beetlejuice (the brunch movie next weekend) along with four other features (Nightmare on Elm Street, Lost Boys, The Shining, and The Exorcist). I suppose we should hang onto this drive for the showing of Elm Street in November?

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I printed and attached shipping labels to the Over the Edge print. As I was bringing it to 3/7 to put it on the cart my key broke and I was unable to remove the broken piece from the lock so I brought the print back up to 4/6 and placed it by the rewind bench. I scheduled a pickup with FedEx for tomorrow 10am - 3pm.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked cue sheets and scheduler for Monday - Thursday. Everything is all set through Wednesday, Thursday's sheet will be completed once we get Jojo Rabbit in and can tech it. We'll also need to send Zombieland feature and preshow to screen 3 before Thursday, but we can wait until we can get one of the Brooklyn Horror films off that server.

Marquee updated?: I did not get a chance to change the north side of the marquee back to Brooklyn Horror.

Posters updated?: Up to date

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projectors off for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by TH5?: I was not able to move the cart since my key broke in the lock of the 3/7 booth preventing me from accessing it.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
