Presentation Issues: There were none.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made a Vincent Price pre-show for teching with Caryn tomorrow. Dropped the feature and PL into TH3. Just missing the art slide show and VP static slide for the intro/Q&A. Put in an ask to Kris about these elements.
I added a cleaning lights cue for the BHFF film fest Q&A portion. I think any Q&A's happening in the smaller theaters (without the LED cleaning lights) where we don't have a lighting panel should be done with cleaning lights on.

The new 5.1 pre-shows are taking a while to load and so I have asked Dylan to transfer those to TH1,5,7,6 tonight so they are all ready for Kris tomorrow morning.

Special Events/ AV set up: We had a 10 am walk through/meeting about the private STB event for 11/3 in TH6. We decided on cleaning lights during the talking parts/contests in lieu of spots/stage wash. We showed Michael how to control the house lights so that on the day of we can hand him a laptop or ipad with the IMS macro-execution menu for TH6 loaded. We also discussed table layout (an L shape with the narrow wood topped tables in front of the screen, house left) along with Michael's set up, close to, but not blocking, the service entrance.

Mascha, we forgot to mention timing to Michael (At least I wasn't there if it was) in that we will need him to keep his pre-show to 15 min for an 11:00 am door/ 11:15 start/ 1:15 hard-out.

TH3 is all set for BHFF Blood and Flesh with 4 mics and 4 directors chairs as per Liz's amended instructions. I stuck around until the beginning of the movie to make sure Dylan is all set with the flow.

Additional Notes: I had more platter practice. Made my first big mistake (now's the time to make 'em!) and got some serious brain wrap so we took the opportunity to run it from platter to platter and actually cut the film to make a much shorter test reel (about 5 min) so that we can run it back and forth 2-3 times per practice session instead of just one. When we actually test lighting cues we might want to splice it back together.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
