Trailer Updates:
I pulled Waves from TrailMix and ingested it into TMS since Matthew had mentioned it in his email, even though it's not listed on the trailer list.
**I am assuming that the adult trailer list for 11/6 is a typo where Frozen 2 is listed and we should slide in either Uncut Gems or Waves

Special Events/ AV set up:
Everything is good to go for Vincent Price tonight. Playlist and automation is good. Mics are hooked up and tested, our new spots look great. We got new stand alone spots for TH3. There is a tiny remote that we will find a permanent home for behind the screen but for now, please keep it with the cannon video camera, in the main compartment (that's where it is now). You have to power each one on individually and there are 3 brightness settings.
Chairs and a little table (which is actually a barstool, serving tray, and black linen) are stashed in the server station. Michael will be on hand to help move furniture  during the event.

Maintenance/cleaning: 
-DMS came by and worked on TH4 and TH6, updating software and tightening hardware around the lamp and ballast connection points. Hopefully this solves our issue and we will have no unexpected lamp failures moving forward.
-DMS also fixed our dowser in TH2. You can now manually close the dowser. Also, an interesting side note, using the IMS interface allows you to jump to any point in a playlist without having to step through each clip. (I recently had an issue where I needed to go to another point in a playlist in real time during the Q&A portion of a presentation and was unable to close the dowser while I stepped through the clips). Now, neither problem should be an issue.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
Today's cue sheet and scheduler checked. There are 3 physical copies of the cue sheet in booth 4/6 by the projection mac. One for you to have in your pocket and 2 others in case you should want to post it anywhere. There is also a print out of tonight's Event Memo.

*A friendly reminder that cue sheets are being built by admin this week.

Put Halloween up in the vestibule and moved Ford v. Ferrari out front, took down Knives Out (since it's not a definite) If we need to swap out a 'Coming Soon' poster this week (like after Halloween), remember that we do have Waves in the box in booth 3/7. Use that.
Uncut Gems and the all ages movies are still on order.

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
