NPP Projection Report 11/21 Admin, Alec

Presentation Issues: No issues.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Pulled NSF Vimeo preshow and logo slide from EVO onto our hard drive.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Depeche Mode screening in T1 with Music Video Time Machine afterparty in Hi-Res after. Playlist is all set, this should be a very simple event.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Queen & Slim posters came in.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Knives Out DCP has arrived and been ingested.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Checked the trailer for Queen & Slim and set the volume to 4.0.

-Checked the Generic Midnite preshow, no problems.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for Krisha and Queen & Slim, both should be here tomorrow afternoon.

Maintenance/cleaning: Dave Berti from DMS was here this morning to take a look at all of our 35mm projectors with me and Michael. This was an incredibly illuminating session, he gave us some really invaluable tips and general knowledge for the maintenance of our projectors.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): No problems with today's, printed three copies. Built cue sheets for Friday 11/22 - Thursday 11/28.

Marquee updated?: Michael updated the front and north sides of the marquee. Thanks Michael!

Posters updated?: Took down Joker and Depeche Mode and put out Knives Out and Queen & Slim.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

Additional Notes: Ingested keys for Nightmare on Elm Street, they are active at 8am on Sunday 11/24. We do not have keys for Knives Out yet but when we get them they will open at midnight on Tuesday 11/26.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
