Presentation Issues:
After the first round, TH7's scheduling would not start automatically. I think it was perhaps because the movies were all 1 minute apart and while it is possible to schedule things within the minute ML discovered that a playlist scheduled at 11:15 doesn't start at 11:15 on the dot but closer to 11:15:30 so if you have a string of movies starting 1 minute apart they will, accumulatively, overlap. Let's keep this in mind when we are scheduling.  In light of this, I took the rest of TH7 off the scheduler for today as well as the last two rounds of TH5.

Special Events/ AV set up:
- Took one last glance over the NSF19 playlist and discovered we did not have the updated pre-show. Looking on our external hard drive, I saw that the updated PS was not complete, so I started the download from EVO again. In the case that it does not finish before I leave, Alec, please pull PS_NSF2019_ClosingNite_Update_1107 and swap it for the PS we have now. If you could take a look at it tonight, that would be cool. Also, if anyone else looks at the event memo, DO NOT swap the Slide_NSF2019 that we have now for the intro and Q&A for the SPO_NSF2019Feature that is called for, that is a typo. That animated bumper file only comes after the NSF trailer in the LD section of the pre-show.

- After a lot of back and forth with Eclair, Deluxe, A24, with a little help from John Woods, we finally got keys for the new Lighthouse feature with The Fall. They are good until 111/28. Alec, could you tech it tonight (it has already been sent to TH5 and that theater gets done an hour before the last) and schedule the first round in TH5 on M-W to start 7 minutes early? (Unless there are objections to that)

- Downloaded and unzipped the Celebration DCP onto poopoopants. Will load onto the server and tech it Tuesday morning (after we are able to pull all NSF19 content off of the server).

Tried running scratch reels in booth 1. The take-up drive belt needs to be shortened on Proj 2 as it fell off on me and the take-up reel on Proj1 needs to be re-bolted as it is swinging freely right now.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I love that we are printing cue sheets at the end of the night for the brunch opener. It's very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you, Daniel!
* I have learned a little trick for it to print larger, highlight only the cells with movie times (as in not the kitchen times or projectionist initials) then select "highlighted cells" in the print menu instead of "entire page" and then "fit to page" a bit lower down.

Additional Notes: I took Depeche Mode (among other things) off of server 1. I am a fan of having everything scheduled for the week but sometimes the servers are too full. TH1 was at 98% capacity. Wednesday admin needs to remember to reschedule for Thursday

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
