Presentation Issues: There were no presentation issues.

Special Events/ AV set up: The Mass Appeal Roc Raida Tribute was complex switching between the house macros for the clips & the conversation, but the show ran well. It was a great learning experience helping Karen juggle all the elements of the show. Once the DJs were set up in the bar (an ordeal which Karen has described extensively in her blog), the rest of the night went smoothly. John helped me move the turntable back to the 3/7 booth at the end of the night, the cables are back in their homes, and bar amp is switched off.

Print/video Inspection: Checked out the new generic preshow for Frozen 2 and the preshow and feature for A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood. Volume and light cues are set.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for tomorrow (11/21) and added in start credit times for A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood.
***The last round of The Lighthouse in theater 7 is supposed to begin at 10:05 for the preshow, which would be a manual start, but in TMS it was scheduled to begin at 10:17. Since it will be a manual start anyway I deleted it from the schedule so it gets started for the correct ticketed showtime.

Marquee updated?: The suction cup is really on its last legs- it gave me an enormous amount grief putting Frozen 2 up on the front side. Alec, you very tall and wonderful human, could you put A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood up on the front tomorrow?

Posters updated?: Changed the COMING SOON tags to NOW SHOWING above Frozen 2 and Beautiful Day.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projectors off for the night?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
