Projection Report, 11/27 ADMIN Karen



Presentation Issues:
No presentation issues but I did sit in TH4 for the opening and experienced the 1 min x 4 welcome card into the pre show. It's pretty awkward. (Although the 3 guests in the theater didn't seem to be phased at all.)

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Started downloading Queen and Slim pre shows from EVO. PS_10 completed before EVO crapped out and I had to remount it. It was an all-day affair as some portion or another of the pre shows didn't download properly and I had to re-do it 3 times. In the end, I could only get the 40 and 20 preshows successfully onto the drive and then TMS wouldn't ingest them (even though they are seen and appear to be complete). I have started the download again, this time using the poopoopants drive. Dylan, could you please TRY to ingest the Queen and Slim pre shows into TMS, tech them tonight and swap them into the Queen & Slim playlist? (I have a generic 40/20/10 preshow in there now, as a place holder so I could schedule it and fill in the cue sheets) We'll run with the generic pre show, if we have to

-Filed previously downloaded preshow content from the OODCPFiles folder to their respective archival folders.

-Completed the Knives Out playlist.

-Teched Queen & Slim / teched Knives Out. Added volume and lighting cues. Filled in cue sheets. Added run and credit times to the white board

yes for Knives and Queen&Slim

Maintenance/cleaning:
-DMS and electricians were running around all morning working on projectors, digital convergence and other house issues, and track lighting. Hopefully they leave us off better than we were.
They were intermittently shutting houses down so I wasn't ever able to fully check the scheduler and cue sheets for today or schedule some new first runs for tomorrow. I did what I could, Dylan, please double check tomorrow's scheduler for me. (ie. I wasn't able to schedule anything in TH2 at all)
As of 5:15 TH2 is still offline.

-Cleaned off our DCPII external hard drive.

-Went through the multiplex and deleted shorts, trailers, transitionals, preshows, playlists, and Hala since the TMS server was at 92% went I got in this morning.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Updated times in the cue sheet for Knives Out and Queen and Slim (based on having the generic preshows in there for filler while I wait for the Q&S preshow to come off EVO so PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THESE) otherwise cue sheets are completed for the week except for Celebration and Christmas vacation.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
