Projection Report 11/4 Close



Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Sent out Marriage Story content for Wednesday/Thursday and scheduled all DCP shows. I held off on building the 35mm playlist until after we have the foil cues set on the 35mm print.

* I deleted Halloween and Annie from projector 1 to make some space (Marriage Story is taking up a lot of room — something to keep in mind when we open the even-longer The Irishman later this week)

Trailer Updates:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested keys for Marriage Story. They go live at 8am Tuesday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): carried our outgoing drives to the UPS drop

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Checked & updated

Maintenance/cleaning: Gave 35mm projector #1 a cleaning to prep tomorrow's private Netflix screening of the Marriage Story print

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): checked tomorrow's cue sheet and scheduler — did not find any problems. I also updated Marriage Story end times for Weds/Thurs.

Marquee updated?: n/a

Posters updated?: n/a

Cleaning lights on for the night?: yes

Projectors off for the night?: yes — except for projector 7, which was taking a long time to ingest Marriage Story. I have turned the lamp off and left the projector on so that the file can finish sending out. Maybe give it a reboot in the morning?

** did we change our policy on "Adults With Infants" screenings? I don't see any AWI playlists on TMS (and tomorrow's AWI Jojo screening has its A1 playlist scheduled). It seems that the rules on this change with some frequency so I have not touched anything.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
