Projection Report 11/7 admin



Presentation Issues: 
There were no presentation issues in the first round, although I did make a 1.66 masking preset on the motor and assign it to the 1.78 slot in the macro to frame out Marriage Story correctly for tonight. We will need to re-program it for 1.33 for tomorrow's Lighthouse screening in TH7. I will be sure to do that tomorrow morning.

-Teched NSF2019 Closing Night today with Caryn and Liz. There are two movies that need special source files to optimize the image since they were given to us as Scope movies in a flat file. I will get to these next week.
-Teched Guardians of the Galaxy. At 34:01 it suddenly stops, the playlist keeps going but the "image" (in this case blurred lights) and sound freezes. We double checked the bluray and discovered that this happened right at the beginning of a chapter but the Bluray plays fine. Before Michael re-cooks the DCP, we tried re-ingesting it directly to server 3. Alec, after the last movie lets out in TH3 tonight, could you play it and especially check at 34 minutes in. If you have 20 minutes or so to keep going, let me know. Note the time stamp of when you stop watching and I will pick it up from there tomorrow morning. We are to watch the entire thing from beginning to end. Otherwise, it is scope and the volume is good at 5.5
-Teched all of the Irishman pre-shows. They look good.

4 of our houses were at 98% capacity so I deleted a bunch of stuff.
Alec, can you pull Zombieland off of House 5 at the end of the night, that's the last theater that is looking a little full.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
