Presentation Issues:
There were no issues for the first two rounds.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Double checked all playlists and trailer packs through 12/24 for errors and content.
-Scheduled all correct playlists for today (they were the wrong (dated) playlists, when we check the cue sheets for the next day, please also check the scheduler!)
-Made the playlist for It's a Wonderful Life and scheduled it in TH3 so it's all ready to be teched tomorrow morning.
-Deleted all old playlists and trailer packs
- All playlists are running a bit long this week, I posted the overages on the whiteboard in 4/6. When scheduling, be mindful and double check the scheduled end time with the cue sheets. Make the appropriate change (either scheduling early or changing the cue sheet) as needed. It's not always necessary. For example, if the difference is 1 minute and it's not a tight turn.

Trailer Updates:
-Pulled a flat version of "A Quiet Place" from trailmix so that we can run it ahead of our flat features as well.
-Noticed that there wasn't a scope version of "Hey Kids" so I reverted back to the second set of cues taking the lens back to 1.85 for Portal feature and Hey Kids for our all ages playlists only.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-Cleaned up poster bin, threw some stuff out, put a Ford v. Ferrari aside for archival
**we do not have a clean one-sheet of Jojo anymore, I may have archived one already, otherwise, make sure to grab one from NWB.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Keys for Parasite came in, they are ingested and we are good until 1/2
-Received and ingested It's A Wonderful Life (keys open 8 am tomorrow, please tech before opening!)

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
- Packed up White Christmas, Krampus, and old trailmix to be walked to UPS tomorrow. Remember, we are keeping Jojo!

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Yes and yes.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Checked the entire week of cue sheets through 12/26. Remember, TH5 does NOT have VI capabilities, so that is never available, regardless if the feature contains it or not. Also, don't forget to mark tight turns of 3 min or less in red.
-Please feel free to begin building the following week's cues (12/27-1/2)

Marquee updated?:
-Star Wars and Bombshell on the front, Jojo and Ford v. Ferrari taken down.
- 14th st side has only brunch "It's a Wonderful Life"

Posters updated?:
-Ford v. Ferrari and Jojo are down, moved Star Wars and Bombshell to take their place.
-1917 and A Portrait of a Woman on Fire are outside with 'coming soon' snipes
-put CatVideo Fest 2020 up in the lobby (the other lobby poster remains Oscar Shorts)

Additional Notes:
- Chris trained today, admin with Michael, and the first few hours of opening on the floor with me. He seemed really receptive, there's a lot to learn!
- The fire alarms went off today right before opening. I think whoever was fixing the heater for TH1 accidentally vented into TH1. It was a good (no stress) chance to show Chris how to reset the lights in all the theaters.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
