Ordering/Receiving (content): Received keys for Little Women, which go live at 11:59pm tomorrow night. Thanks a bunch, Sony. I guess I'll tech this first thing Wednesday, hope it works! Also got new keys for Frozen 2.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Took a look at the first reel of LW. It is of course brand new and without splices or flaws that I could detect. A thing of beauty. It's back to heads out on its shipping reel.

Karen, I'm thinking if you can get the actual plattering started tomorrow, I'll have plenty of time to finish whatever's left on Wednesday. I have no trouble getting the reels on the platter with the cutting and splicing, it's just the initial inspection and setup I didn't want to mess up. We could run it on Thursday in between shows, maybe knock out some of that extra Star Wars preshow. That being said, if this starts to look unrealistic for a Friday opening, let's start talking about bumping the Friday show to DCP.

Maintenance/cleaning: Swiffered the hell out of booth 1. I also broke down the practice platter reel and set it aside, left the leader attached to the platter.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Today and tomorrow are all set. Printed out a copy for tomorrow. Finished 1/1 and 1/2, except for Little Women.

Additional Notes: All of our Century 35mm projectors are leaking oil from the intermittent. The one we're using for Little Women in booth 1 has a fairly slow leak, but please wipe out any accumulation before any film goes through there.

I posted some 35mm reminders regarding soundtrack orientation and other bits and pieces, mainly things that I have to keep reminding myself. I hope they are useful to other people too. Feel free to add.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
