NPP Projection Report, 12/25 xmas open + close, Michael

Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Finalized Little Women playlist with volume and lighting cues. Deleted old playlists and pack from the multiplex.

*Made a playlist for Hook. I added some things to the preshow to give it roughly 40 minutes before feature. This will obviously need to be teched on Friday and have volume/light cues added.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for Knives Out and Hook. Ingested Hook to TMS/Th2, keys open Friday at 6pm.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted Parasite and Queen and Slim from the multiplex, including preshows.

Print/video Inspection: Teched Little Women DCP first thing. LW 35mm platter is ready to go, added foil cues to the start of credits and end of show. Added some blank leader to the end.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Straightened up booth 1 once I was done plattering.

*Worked for a long while on the new platter system in 4. It's functioning now, but there are some serious kinks to work out. Feel free to play with it but don't run anything through there you really care about. It operates a little differently than the one downstairs. You can find the manual here: http://www.film-tech.com/warehouse/manuals/POTTS.pdf. I moved some things around in 4/6 to accommodate the makeup table.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated through next Thursday w/ LW credit times, except for 35mm screenings, in case there is a difference. Double checked sheet for tomorrow.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projectors off for the night?:

Projection cart by TH5?:

Nest: Put the yule log up on the projection screen. Because it's Christmas, damnit.

Additional Notes: Filed the sides of the 1.85 aperture plate for projector 1 in booth 1. Sides look good now, top and bottom still have spillage but the window tape corrects for that. It's a good habit to take those things out and blow any dust off before each show - seems like dust has a tendency to stick to the inside edges of those plates. Shutter timing looked okay to me.

*Cleaned the Splycemar splicer in booth 1. It's still a little sticky but has a bit more pep now. The one in 4/6 works much better.
