Presentation Issues:
-There were no presentation issues.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
- Made new trailer packs to be shown with our Scope features. They are duplicates of the various trailer packs I have made for the week (adult 121319, all ages 121319, all ages 121919, hawks with babies) The word SCOPE is in front. The difference is the trailers are in Scope and there are sandwiching black slugs calling for lens changes before and after the trailers within the pack.
They have already been swapped out in the corresponding playlists.
Note, I did not yet make the adult121919 pack, waiting on the HN_portal to come through. I did pull a scope version of the 1917 trailer though.
-Made the playlist for Rachel Music

Trailer Updates:
-Pulled scope versions of all our trailers to run for our features that are in scope (for which we are setting masking for at the beginning of pre shows)
- Thumb drives with "A Quiet Place 2" and " Little Women" came in. As a happy coincidence, they only sent us scope files. Since Jumani is scope, we are good. We just can't drop the new "Little Women" into our flat trailer packs.

Special Events/ AV set up:
-Made a new lens file for "Wendy/Gigi" (Rachel Music), sent it to all houses as "Proj DCP Flat Custom" this way we can overwrite and use this for any strange aspect ratio that has been thrown into a flat container when it was cooked. Also made the corresponding macro on TMS so it can be called up in a playlist.
- Found Footage is completely set up for tonight. The tech went very smoothly. Everything is automated with the exception of bringing the lights back up after the show is over.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-We need to order 1917 and Sonic posters.
-More Jumanji posters came in.
-I purged a bunch of posters for films that we never got that opened more than a month ago and reorganized.
-Started a new archival tube.
-Alex M. picked up his Parasite single sheet. There is a tube with a Lighthouse poster for the manager Ben Zorn on the workbench. Please do not throw it out.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
- New Trailmix came in, as well as thumb drives with trailers
-White Christmas DCP came in. Hold to ingest, but if someone could check to see if it mounts and shows up in the ingest scan, that would be great.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
-There are quite a few drives that can be shipped out.

Print/video Inspection:
-Inspected our new Scope trailer pack. I think it's as good as it is going to get while still reliably firing the necessary cues in order, but, as always, I appreciate more eyes on it.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:
- Deleted The Lighthouse feature and all associated playlists and pre shows. Deleted the animated shorts

Marquee updated?:
Put up Jumanji. Michael rigged us up a release mechanism on one of the yellow poles with the black suction cups. Use it. It's a game changer.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
