Projection Report 12/16 OPEN/CLOSE Karen



Presentation Issues:
-The cues for switching back to a flat lens after the scope trailers before the last two pre show elements were firing very strangely in TH6, with the screen going black and then completely white before the end of the clip so I made the necessary adjustments to the trailer pack after the second round (I misunderstood the server who made the call in the first round and thought they were not used to seeing the blackout during the lens change and so I didn't investigate until it happened again in the second round).

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
- I made changes to the lens changes in our temporary Scope trailer packs because the amount of time needed for cues to fire properly is apparently different from theater to theater, there is now 8 secs of black before and after Scope trailers to account for this.

Trailer Updates:
-New cat video trailer came in, I ingested it and put it on screen. It is exactly the same as the one we've got playing already.

Special Events/ AV set up:
- The Rachel Music event went very smoothly. They had almost a full house and wanted to start a few minutes early, so we did. The Q&A lasted about 20 minutes at the end and then most of them went to hang in high-res. All cables and mini mixer are back in 4/6 and the chairs are stowed outside TH1.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-We got cat video posters in and a new trailer on a thumb drive taped to the top of the tube. We also got some weird Star and ____ go to Vista Del Mar (?) posters

Ordering/Receiving (content):
- I pulled Star Wars 60 min pre show off of EVO and teched it.
- Star Wars keys came in. They go live tomorrow at midnight. I ingested them along with the feature.
-Knives Out keys (12/19 - 12/26) came in. They are ingested.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
-I walked 5 drives to the UPS drop

Print/video Inspection:
-Teched Krampus and White Christmas (there was, predictably, no credits at the end of W. Xmas so I added a black slug to step through our increasing light cues every 20 seconds)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
-Yes, for White Christmas and Krampus

Maintenance/cleaning:
- Shadowed Michael on a lamp change in TH1
- Delete Krampus and Wendy/Gigi & Red Menace

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Checked for tomorrow. All good.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
