Presentation Issues:
- There were no presentation issues.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Built 2 Star Wars playlists since you can't schedule the extra 20 minutes if there is a different movie ahead of it (and sometimes there isn't enough time in between 2 SW screenings). So, when scheduling next week, pay attention to the times and use A1_StarWarsEXTRATIME_12/19/19 when needed. Remember to start the whole preshow earlier and keep the ticketed start time the same.
-Scheduled out Thursday and the staff screenings.

Trailer Updates:
-Built all new trailer packs for 121919. Note that Star Wars has it's own trailer pack.

Special Events/ AV set up:
-Trivia went well. All gear is stowed back in 4/6.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

-Pulled the new HN Portal clips off EVO. Still waiting on Bombshell pre show.

-Teched Star Wars, 1917 trailer for volume, and the HN Portals.

-Double checked tomorrow and updated Thursday (12/19) to accommodate the longer (and earlier start) Star Wars rounds. Updated the credit timing for Star Wars.

- I double checked the projection schedule through the end of December against the film schedule that Matthew sent out this evening. There were slight adjustments made, please be sure to double check your schedules. If there was a change made to your in time, you should have gotten a notification from Schedulefly, but still, take a look at it.
-We lost power in the MOD office tonight, for anyone who is interested, the breaker for that is number 18 in the panel in the server station for theaters 4 & 6

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
