Presentation Issues:
There were no presentation issues in the first round.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
Built all new playlists titled A2_12062019 with our new proposed lighting cue structure for 4 of our features. They are pending Matthew/Jess approval. Our overall goal is to give more light sooner to the servers so they can more easily turn the theaters. I will do the remaining 4 during admin hours tomorrow

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:
Built out playlist for Killer Raccoons. Made a DCP of the jpeg that the director wants to use as a slide for the intro and Q&A

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
We got the new James Bond posters in and some (more) Gretel and Hansel

Ordering/Receiving (content):
We got all of our keys in for all features that were expiring this week EXCEPT for Parasite. They have been downloaded and ingested. Keep an eye out, but it will probably come in tomorrow.

We are running low on trailer and transitional content this week so we have decided to buffer each playlist out with welcome cards so that each pre show is as close to 40 minutes before the feature as possible. This way we can just build out the cue sheets before we necessarily schedule the content. We are going to give this a try this week.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
