Presentation Issues:
-At around 5:10, I decided to go down into booth 1 to take a look at the platter before I left for the day. At that time, I heard an intermittent alarm going off. Four beeps every 30 seconds, I could tell it was coming from the rack but I couldn't tell which component so I went to get Alec for a second set of ears. We discovered it was coming from the ASC battery back up. I looked up the type of alarm we were experiencing online and found out that the battery was overloaded so it had stopped pulling electricity from the building and switched everything over to battery power. So Alec started unplugging non-essential components in an effort to try and lighten the load while I went down into the theater to see if you could hear the alarm from inside the theater. At around 5:30 pm the movie cut off, I ran back to the booth and saw that the battery had been spent. We tracked wires through the rack and the wall to see which plug belonged to what so we could find alternate sources of power for the projector, CP750, and ethernet router. This took about 20 minutes for us to fix and I believe all the guests stuck around. We are still going to be relatively on time going into the dinner round.
*update: I ran into Michael on my way out and we went to the booth and found that a breaker had popped and was probably the culprit. Even though everything looked powered on in the rack before (?) We left everything as is for the night and I will re-hook up the ASC back up tomorrow.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Pulled preshows for Birds of Prey, Portrait of a Lady, Generic_v8, Feb A_0124, and the Feb B card off from EVO. They are still downloading as of 3:30 pm. If these elements could be ingested, sent to TH7 or 2 and teched tonight, that would be great!
-Now we are only waiting for TLR_Valentines

Trailer Updates:
-The Rhythm Section is a new first run trailer and it needs to be spot checked for volume.

-Pulled The Rhythm Section off of trailmix

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Ingested kdm for Bombshell, Knives Out, 1917, The Gentlemen (opens midnite, tonight). We are all good for keys for the week. *Knives expires mid-week on 1/28.
-Ingested The Gentlemen feature - can be teched tonight. I have sent it to TH2.
**Please re-ingest Harriet the Spy tonight after Viva the Underdogs comes out.
***Keep LtROI as it is also a scheduled staff screening for friday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:
-Finished watching 101 Dalmatians all the way through, it's good to go and I made the necessary adjustments to the playlist. It has been dropped into the scheduler for Friday morning's screening.
-I got 18 min into August at Akiko's it is sitting in TH7, which lets out first tonight, Alec, if you want to chip away at a little more of it, that would be great. I think the vol should be 4.5?

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:
Marked all the places in the platter film path where the base side of the film touches. Will begin diagnosing tomorrow.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Cue sheets are started through Tuesday (with Tues being fully done)
-Staff screenings are scheduled for Friday, but nothing else

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
