Presentation Issues:
-There were no issues in the first round.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Built Harriet the Spy playlist with all cues.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:
-Tested P2 in TH1 ahead of our reel to reel screening this weekend, as well as the changeover from P1 to P2. Tested the dolby analog sound head. We should be good to go for this weekend.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

- We have Harriet the Spy (brunch next weekend) and Akeelah and the Bee on the server. I did send Harriet to TH1 for teching but am leaving Akeelah on the multiplex only for now. We are at 88% on the TMS, once Selena comes off Wednesday night, I'll put Let the Right One In on the server. Since it was already screened by the cinema dept. and chefs, I'm not too worried about watching that one all the way through.
-101 Dalmations Bluray should be coming in tonight or tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:
- Teched Harriet the Spy. Watched until the 35 minute mark, will pick up at that spot tomorrow during admin.
-Selena keys open at 8 am tomorrow morning. She will be teched then with cues updated.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
- There is no tracking info but it seems our 35mm print of Explorers is due in by tomorrow at 5 pm.

Maintenance/cleaning:
-adjusted focus knob on P1 so that the resistance is more uniform throughout the turn

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
