Presentation Issues:
-There were no issues first round. Michael did a beautiful job running the LW print!

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-double checked all 011720 playlists and trailer packs
-Re-ingested Jojo pre show and built the playlist for next week, added credit times to cue sheets.
-made Bombshell Hawks w/babies playlist
-make Akeelah & Explorers playlists
-Started downloading Let the Right One In pre show off EVO

Trailer Updates:
-Swapped out the newest Birds of Prey and Mulan trailers in the packs for next week.

Special Events/ AV set up:
-Tested our cable set up in high-res and TH1 with Michael.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
- The poster situation is a little out of control. Today got away from me but I will deal with that first thing in the am.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Viva the Underdogs came in.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:
-Finished watching Akeelah and the Bee all the way through.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Yes and yes.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Cue sheets are good for today. Checked for Friday.
-Finished out the week, left filling in the end times for Monday and Tuesday for Chris.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
