Special Events/ AV set up:
-Discussed with Jess & Mascha about the Oscars, we agreed that we need two projectionists on (for the Oscars, Superbowl should be good to roll with 1), and that we should look into a scrim/curtain option to block the light from the nearest window to the projector in hi-res so that we can screen pre-game Superbowl stuff and pre-Oscars stuff (which will be happening during the day and it is very hard to see anything on the screen in the daylight)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

-"The Shining" went to Williamsburg. Joe dropped the drive at 105, could the next person coming over please bring it? Also, the booking department needs to officially change the booking to NPP so that we can get keys for our servers (TH1).
-Still waiting for "Edge of Democracy". Fed Ex tracking says it will be here by the eve of 1/28

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
-I could not find the "101 Dalmatians" blu-ray here after the screening so I am assuming it is still at 105.

Print/video Inspection:
-Inspected Honeyland. Everything looks good, a true 1.78
-For Sama is "scope in a flat container" with an aspect ratio closer to 2.20:1 So I made a custom lens file for TH2 called "SamaScope" and made the appropriate macros in the IMS and TMS so we will be able to automate it.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
-Yes: Honeyland, For Sama, tracking info for Edge of Democracy

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Had cue sheet review with Mascha. Please remember that every first round PG movie is always to be marked as "All Ages" and to note the "Hawks w/babies" screening on Tuesdays.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
