Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-We have gotten more posters for The Gentlemen as well as American Factory and Fantasy Island posters.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Checked on the tracking for Edge of Democracy. The drive is due here by COB 1/28. The keys that were sent are due to EXPIRE at 0400 on 1/30. We are screening this movie at 1900 on 1/30 (or 7 pm). I wrote to Deluxe and they said that it is noted on our account that we are due to receive a second set of keys that will be good from 0800 1/30 to 0400 1/31. So I ingested the first set.
Alec, if the second set isn't waiting for you when you get in on Thursday morning, can you please reach out to Deluxe? There is already an email thread/ticket number about this in the prospectparkkdm email inbox (I have starred it).

-I have NOT seen a corrected booking (or, more precisely, a booking at all) in our Deluxe portal for The Shining. Will check in with John Woods on Monday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:
-Checked the automation of the custom lens file made for 'For Sama'. It works fine. We are all set for Wednesday.

Maintenance/cleaning:
- I tried to listen for the buzzing Chris reported in the back right speakers in TH3. I ran the Dolby 5.1 and 7.1 channel tests as well as played a few different movies. I was unable to hear any passive or active buzzing. They sound fine to me. We should keep an eye/ear on it.

-Replaced the busted walkie earpiece with a new over ear one. (There is also an in-ear piece in the wooden bowl).

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Cue sheets and scheduler have been checked for the rest of the week.
-Please remember that you CANNOT automate playlists that are only 1 minute apart, the second playlist will not start. Even though it's possible to schedule, it is not actually enough time to eject and extract logs and load/check kdm for the next playlist. I let one that had been scheduled today play out, just to double check that is still the case. It did not start on its own.
-As I saw a lot of 1 minute spread playlists scheduled, I saw a few 2 minute spreads not scheduled for the week, 2 minutes apart will generally start ok, every so often they don't. If we want to schedule them that is fine, just be sure that you are aware of when these turn arounds happen throughout your shift.
-Mascha has said to start everything the minute we can, (even if it is something like a negative 10 minute flip in TH1). She wants to send "hurry up" signals to the servers turning the theater and with the new LtsFull cue that we have, it is more than enough light to clean by.

Marquee updated?:
-Took down Harriet the Spy and replaced with Groundhog Day. Took down The Cave from the Doc side.
-Please remember to clean the letters when they come down off the marquee, before putting them away in booth 3/7.

Posters updated?:
-Moved Oscar Shorts outside, put American Factory and Birds of Prey in the lobby, stashed Portrait of a Lady back in 3/7 for now.

Additional Notes:
- DO NOT use the green 6' ladder in 3/7. It is way too light and flimsy and almost tipped over on me twice while I was standing on the 2nd to last step, and it was by some crazy rock climbing reflexes that I didn't pull a Dylan Pasture and end up in the hospital from doing marquee/poster changes. (I miss you Dylan!) There is another, more sturdy orange 6' ladder in Juan's basement apartment, our master key opens the door (don't let the first door to the basement close on you, you will have to take the exit to the sidewalk). Use that ladder for now and I will talk to Juan about swapping out something sturdier for 3/7.
-Did anybody offer up a 12' loop of our Dolby tone that I procured to Steve to add to his stash? Because if not, he helped himself.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
