Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Drive for American Factory came in. This should be ingested on Sunday after Groundhog Day comes off. Our keys open on that day as well, so it can be teched that
night.

-Pulling the DCP of The Interrogation from EVO, should be done in a few hours and ingested for teching.

-Groundhog Day can be ingested tonight after the Edge of Democracy and The Shining screenings.

-Ingested keys for Knives Out (1/30-2/5) and American Factory (2/2-2/4).

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Star Wars ends its last round in Theater 6 tonight and can be taken off of the servers.

Print/video Inspection: Teched our playlists for Edge of Democracy and The Shining for tonight. Both are ready to run.

-Assuming Heathers needs to be fully teched, I sent it to screen 7 which is out the earliest tonight. Can be deleted if this is unnecessary.

-Teched The Rhythm Section and both Oscar Shorts playlists. All are ready to open tomorrow.

-Screened the print of Little Women from the platter in Theater 4. Made some adjustments to the digital playlist for volume level and masking. Went over a few details with Karen and we will be show-ready tomorrow night.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Finished cues for next week. Printed a copy of today's sheet.

Marquee updated?: Star Wars and Just Mercy can come down and The Rhythm Section and Oscar Shorts can go up on the front tonight.

Posters updated?: Star Wars and Just Mercy can come down tonight an be replaced with The Rhythm Section, and Oscar Shorts changed to "now showing."

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
