NPP Projection Report 1/31 Admin/Open, Alec

Presentation Issues: None so far.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the Groundhog Day playlist. I set a tentative lights MID cue based on the time given with the drive.

-Pulled the Romance preshow off of EVO for brunch this weekend. It has been teched all the way through and there are no problems with it.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Drives for The African Queen and Birds of Prey arrived today. Both drives had been checked and we are holding off on ingesting until some content can come off the server. The African Queen can be ingested Sunday night and teched Monday, Birds of Prey can be ingested Tuesday after The African Queen and The Interrogation come off, we are still waiting on key delivery but most likely this will be teched by the Wed or Thurs night closer.

-Ingested keys for The African Queen, which open at 8am on Monday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Keys for Groundhog Day open at 6pm tonight.

-Ran the Little Women print for a bit before we opened, since I checked the sound levels again today. Ready for the show tonight.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Printed a copy of today's sheet.

Marquee updated?: Took down The Shining and Edge of Democracy and put up an ad for Superbowl Sunday on the 14th street side. The 15th street side still has American Factory up, which should come down on Monday night and be replaced with the CBS marquee rental.

Posters updated?: Put out a "now showing" snipe above the Oscar Shorts poster.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
