Presentation Issues:
-There's a gap in the upper screen left horizontal border of the masking curtain in T2, looks like it's come unclipped, tho it is not noticeable when the room is dark and there's image on the screen. Sorry if this is old news, new guy's gonna new guy etc.
-MOD mentioned something about lights coming up about 20 secs early at the 8pm T6 Bombshell. Lights were indeed going into cleaning mode about 20 secs prior to feature's end, I removed the offending cue.

-Tech'd Selena. The movie pulls a neat trick: It's a scope film that, after the title card, presents itself flat from the 45 second mark until JLo walks onstage, expanding to scope in tandem with the in-film stage curtain being pulled back at the 2:15 mark. Problem is the significant keystoning in T2 makes this first brief "flat fakeout" segment fairly ugly (really bad slant on the upper corner screen left) until the expansion to scope brings the image in line with the masking. Wednesday opener might want to mess around with image dimensions to try and smooth out this bad angle, but it's only about 90 secs of weirdness.
-Selena is a loud movie, lots of concerts and crowds screaming, the exact kind of thing big screen sound systems are made to play. I've set volume for 5.5, but my gage of how much sound a sold out house soaks up isn't very developed, so please re-assess.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
