Presentation Issues:
-No presentation issues.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Built all playlists to start running on 01/03/20
-Built ET playlist with Generic LilHawk and our House trailers STBJan, KidsInControl, CatVid, TIPVeruca and AllAges_010320 pack.
- All 010320 playlists are running a tad long, around 1 minute. Bombshell is 2 minutes too long so I am actually scheduling this one earlier where I can. If we end up adding Oscar Shorts trailer to the adult trailer pack, we will have to make adjustments in scheduling so for now, I am only scheduling Fri-Sun.

Trailer Updates:
- I was mistaken, Deluxe does not have a 1/1 Trailmix drive listed on our dashboard as incoming. So we do not have an "Oscar Shorts" trailer. Could one be ordered individually?
-Turned down the volume of the HN Portal to pre show level (3.5) I know we usually play these transitionals louder, but this particular one sound a bit painful to my ears at 4.0 I checked in both the smaller and bigger houses and got Mascha's opinion.
-Turned up the Hey Kids PSA.
-Swapped out Wonder Woman for Trolls in the All Ages trailer pack.
-We are still running a Star Wars only trailer pack with WW, Bond, Quiet Place, & Mulan. My vote is to start running the regular adult trailer pack starting on 1/3. Of our other two PG-13 movies, Jumanji runs an AllAges pack but Knives Out runs an Adult pack. I think we should be advertising our adult pack movies to the Star Wars audience at this point. If anybody objects, let me know and I'll swap it for our All Ages. Just so you know the All Ages pack has Mulan, Sonic, and Trolls.
-The Adult Trailer pack for 1/3/20 has Quiet Place, Birds of Prey, 1917, & Portrait

Special Events/ AV set up:
-I thoroughly cleaned the platter and projector to prep for the Little Women screening since Alec wasn't scheduled in until after the pre show started.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-Ordered Birds of Prey posters from iMoxie.
-Will follow up on the "Mulan" posters I ordered 2 weeks ago from Vision when they re-open tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
- Received and ingested keys for Star Wars, Knives Out, Bombshell, Frozen 2, Parasite & ET. We are now just waiting on Citizen Kane.
-Re-downloaded Parasite feature from Eclair. The keys are already active.
-Re-downloaded Parasite pre shows from EVO and ingested into TMS
-Citizen Kane came in, checked that the drive mounted. Please hold to ingest until we can delete ET.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
-Added "Queen and Slim" drive to our Keep For Oscars season pile (DON'T SEND BACK)

Print/video Inspection:
-Alec, could you take a quick peek at Parasite tonight after we close to make sure the feature file is still good? I sent the whole playlist screen 2, since that is the first house finished tonight. Also, could you double check the volume and grab the lights mid, up, and full cue timing again? Can you make sure the pre show 10/20/40 are still good since I re-downloaded them as well?
-A reminder that ET keys open Thursday night/Friday AM at midnite.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:
-I deleted all redundant masking cues from the TMS server and each IMS server.
-Dan did not leave us with a 166 stop. I know we can always borrow and re-write over our 178 but, at least in the bigger houses that have more programmable stops, I would like to have a permanent 166 stop. I'll add that to Dan's punch list.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Began cue sheets for next week

Marquee updated?:
-Alec, could you put "Parasite Returns Friday 1/3" or something like that on the 14th st. side alongside ET?

Posters updated?:
-Pulled our only posters for "Jojo Rabbit" and "Queen and Slim" out of the Movie Trivia pile and made a separate compartment called Oscar Consideration KEEP (it's the top left slot)
-Our last Parasite poster looks pretty beat up, there is a considerable tear down the top middle. I will order another first thing tomorrow but in the meantime, it has its own slot again in the organizer, to go back up on Thursday night.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
