Following what Karen said today I tried out playing the preshow at 3.2. I tested this in Theater 1 and Theater 4. This level sounded good for these rounds but the theaters were both pretty empty. Erin, would you mind setting the preshow at 3.2 for the second round Portrait of a Lady on Fire in theater 2 since it looks like this will be tonight's busiest screening, and report in your blog if it is a suitable level? If you get the chance to do this in some of the first floor theaters as well, that'd be super.
Change the snipe above Call of the Wild to now showing.
Take Knives Out and Color Out of Space off the marquee and put up Call of the Wild.
Moonstruck (homemade DCP) is loading onto the Projection Mac Server for a Film Feast team screening tomorrow. It probably won't finish tonight but if it does, go ahead and ingest it. It should be about 112 GB.
Presentation Issues: None.
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made some changes to the private event playlists for Sonic b-day party and Coming to America. I added dowser close/open cues in the preshow clips to hide the cards that say "our feature will begin in X minutes" since they aren't accurate for these playlists because they aren't built with our usual shorter preshow clips/trailers.
Switched to the updated March_A card for this week and next weeks playlists. Added March_B card to next weeks playlists.
Checked cues/sequencing/content in houses for all of next weeks playlists. Made some changes to the Babies playlist of The Photograph.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Onward, Black Widow, and Quiet Place 2 posters came in.
Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys are in for Portrait of a Lady of Fire, Parasite, Birds of Prey, and The Hunger. We have keys for everything this week, except Little Women which expires midweek on Tuesday morning. We can expect to receive new ones on Sunday night.

Maintenance/cleaning: The scope ILS shifted over to the left again, it was bleeding on the curtain. The ILS did in fact get misaligned somehow, i.e. the value for offset X was not the same as what I previously set it to when the channel was selected. I set it to 142 last time I adjusted it, the ILS set itself to 360 today. When I fixed it, the value for X was 486, which is really strange. The flat ILS was shifted a bit to the left also, but much less. X value was the same as previously set. Put all of this in the lens file doc.
-An order of splicing tape and leader came in. I put them in the cabinet under the 4/6 workbench.
