ADMIN/OPEN 2/27, Karen

To do this evening/ was completed:
-Schedule the movies for Friday only please (see maintenance notes below)
-Once you schedule Friday, please update Emma on the cue sheets (the credits are 7 minutes long)
-Marquee updates for tonight (front, up: Emma, Cat Vid down: Jojo, Little Women)
-Poster changes, same as marquee, since we have 9 first runs, the other spot outside for coming soon can be "Onward", replace its spot in the lobby with "Once Were Bros"
-Brokeback Mtn keys open tonight at midnite, if you want to tech it, TH6 is out first. Otherwise, please send it to TH2 for me to tech tomorrow morning.

Presentation Issues:
-None

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-With our new squeak-free masking carriers, I have brought us back to our presentation standard starting with next week's playlists. Everything will start with flat masking, all trailers are shown in flat, and the masking/lens change, when needed, will happen in front of the feature. Take a look at the playlists if you are unfamiliar with the way this looks. The lens/masking changes are their own packs, always drop in the pre-made packs when needed.
We will see how this goes next week, for now, I have NOT deleted the temporary scope DCP start or the scope trailer packs off TMS, just in case.

Trailer Updates:
-Added Prince Ahmed after the 20 count. All of our playlists are running almost a minute long, FYI, even with the welcome cards taken out

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-Ordered "The Hunt" and "The Climb" posters.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-ingested Brokeback keys, started ingesting the feature.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:
-Teched Emma, added in volume and light cues. It's in 1.78 so I went around into all the houses she will be playing in this week and checked the 178 lens file and masking. CCAP is good to go, despite Cinevizion's warning. HI and VI as well
-Watched Black Monday all the way through. There are aspect ratio changes within the episode itself and the parts that are in 1.33 look pretty shitty in TH2 with the masking pulled to 1.85 but there is nothing we can do about it. The majority of the episode is a weird scope (2.35 ?) in a flat container and therefore will be letterbox. All things considered, presenting in 1.85 lens and masking is the best compromise.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
updated with "The Hunt", "Emma" tech info

Maintenance/cleaning:
-Michael and I went around and did alignments and masking checks in all houses. I know Michael made some changes which didn't hold when I went around to spot check features before open. So things are a bit wonky, still. I told Chris to keep an eye and take some notes on what he notices throughout the night, but not to make any changes (unless it's egregiously noticeable). Tomorrow morning, I will do another theater-wide check and then try deleting all macros and re-building them, re-start TMS and then schedule the movies for friday and the rest of the weekend.
For the next week, we are going to hold off making any adjustments (unless egregious drift occurs) and keep a watchful eye. Please QC with the features on (ie. look at it through a guest's eyes) and not with the alignment screen (ie. a picky projectionist's eyes), if an adjustment has to be made, then pull up the alignment screen.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
I will double check the entire week ahead of my cue sheet meeting with Mascha tomorrow morning.
