To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: None, all's well.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Completed and scheduled thru the weekend SPLs for Sonic and Parasite B&W.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:
-Warriors/Etsy show in T6 went off fine, ran entirely on Automation.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-This week's TrailMix arrived.

-Poster for Antlers (4/17) arrived and was slotted.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Brought in Keys for PoaLoF (2/14-2/20) and PB&W (thru 2/20)

-No sign of Back to the Future Keys. No info for them on Deluxe.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
-Rhythm Section and last week's TrailMix are packed up and ready for UPS.

-Deleted Warriors, Rhythm Section and Live Action Oscar Shorts from TMS.

Print/video Inspection: Was told to hold off on Sonic and Photo, and as I mention below the MacBook was missing so I couldn't do much anywho.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning:
-Swiffered the stairwell and 4 part of 4/6.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Tomorrow is looking fine.

Marquee updated?:
-Down came The Rhythm Section and up goes Portrait of a Lady on Fire.

Posters updated?:
-Took down the The Rhythm Section put up The Photograph with a Coming Soon snipe. I know the 15th st poster bloc is usually for Now Playing-s but I figured one business day of disorder was worth letting folks know we're going to have it. Rhythm poster wasn't *too* badly weathered and it looks like the other one has already been archived so I threw it in the trivia heap.

Cleaning lights on for the night?:Yes

Projectors off for the night?: Lamps off, units still on for ingest purposes.

Projection cart by TH5?:Yes

Additional Notes:
-our Macbook was AWOL during my shift. Took a brief look around in each booth for it but admittedly didn't put much into finding it as I lacked faith in the ability of my screen-tired eyes to find silver rectangle and I assume one of our openers knows where it is.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
