To do this evening/ was completed:
1) Please work on the cue sheets. Remember, you can go ahead and put end and credit times for movies that are holding over from last week.

Presentation Issues:
There were none

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Checked and updated Portrait of a Lady with tighter light cues, added a lights down, and took out the trailer for the same movie.
-Built the playlist for Sabrina, looked over Casablanca

Trailer Updates:
-Made a new trailer pack called EarlyOpen and dropped it in the list since it was set to show the trailer of Portrait of a Lady right before the feature. I think, for tomorrow, since it is a single late showing sneak peek and not opening, we can keep all other movies with the current trailer pack. Thurs morning, I'll switch out trailer packs for the other features.
-Pulled the updated Feb B card and new March A card off EVO.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-Received poster for "Burden".
-Ordered posters for "The Photograph" and requested them to be overnighted
-Archived all of the movies we are losing on Friday and sent them with Matthew. Any posters coming down from outside on Thursday night can get thrown out.
-Placed an order for "Parasite" black and white on Eclair

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Ingested "The Warriors"
-"Sabrina" keys ingested, goes live 2/14 @ 8 am (good thru 2/16)
-"Casablanca" keys ingested, goes live Wed @ 8 am
-Got two sets of "Sonic" keys, goes live on 2/13 @ midnite, good thru 3/13
-"Jojo" keys ingested, good thru 2/20
-"The Photograph" keys are ingested, opens 2/13 @ midnite, good thru 2/27

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
